Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your IVB cloud account or information held by the publisher without installing or signing in to the app. A local business, an optional cloud account and a shop operator’s records are separate.
Request account or data deletion
Email zaxx.im@gmail.com with the subject IntelliVision Business account deletion. Identify the cloud-account email and say whether you want the account closed or particular publisher-held information deleted. Send from the account’s email if possible so we can verify ownership.
Email a deletion requestIf the button does not open your email app, copy the address into your usual email service. You do not need to uninstall the app or pay to request deletion. Do not send passwords, backup passphrases, card details, pairing secrets or unredacted customer records.
Delete your cloud account in the app
- Leave any sample business. Open Cloud backups & device sync and sign in to your cloud account.
- Select Delete cloud account and cloud copies.
- Complete the fresh cloud-password check and explicit confirmation. Save any backup you need before confirming.
When account closure is allowed, the service deletes the cloud account’s hosted web and native backups, native sync replicas and associated account records, and revokes its sessions. Encrypted-file erasure is retried if an interruption prevents immediate cleanup. If the app reports pending file cleanup, access has been revoked but erasure is not yet confirmed; contact support for completion status.
Recurring collections can require a closure review
Signing out, deleting a local draft or uninstalling does not cancel a payment-provider subscription. Resolve or cancel provider schedules and uncertain operations using the confirmed collections controls. Keep the statements you need.
An empty collections registration with no merchant connection, schedule or history can be removed with the cloud account. A merchant connection or retained collections record prevents immediate automatic account deletion. This keeps owner access available while provider obligations, consent links and unresolved payments are reviewed. Contact the email above to request closure and deletion review; a blocked in-app action is not the end of the request process.
No provider subscription is silently cancelled and no financial history is represented as already erased. Transaction, customer-consent and audit evidence may need to be retained for applicable recordkeeping obligations, unresolved payment disputes or claims. The closure review will identify the retained categories, reason and applicable retention period or criterion, and arrange removal of information no longer needed. There is no universal deletion period covering every merchant’s obligations, and this page does not promise immediate erasure of those records.
What deletion affects
| Information | How it is removed or retained |
|---|---|
| Cloud identity and sessions | Allowed cloud closure removes account/authentication records and revokes sessions. Other devices cannot continue that cloud connection. |
| Hosted encrypted backups and sync | Allowed closure removes hosted web/native archive and sync records, including retained sync operation receipts. Ciphertext-file cleanup is retried if interrupted. |
| Organisation-supplied licence access | Closure must confirm revocation of the supplied grant before reporting completion, then remove account-linked access assignments. A previously issued offline lease can remain usable for up to 24 hours. Administrative grant/revocation audit records may remain for access-security and dispute review. Contact support if revocation cannot be confirmed. |
| Collections credentials, schedules and financial/consent history | These require the closure review described above. Immediate cloud deletion is blocked while a merchant connection or collections record exists. Provider-held copies are subject to the provider’s controls and applicable obligations. |
| Publisher support or demonstration records | Request access, correction or deletion by email. Ownership may be checked. Evidence still needed for the support matter, legal obligations or disputes may be retained with an explanation. |
| Local businesses and local staff accounts | Cloud deletion does not erase the device. Android app settings → IntelliVision Business / IVB Business Beta → Storage → Clear storage removes local app data. Uninstalling also removes local app storage. Menu names vary by device. These actions erase all local businesses and logins, so keep any needed backup first. |
| Fictional sample profiles | Sample controls → Reset this sample business removes only the selected registered sample and creates fresh fictional records. Other samples and real businesses remain. Sample records cannot be uploaded or exported as customer data. |
| Independently operated shared-shop records | Contact that shop’s operator. Forgetting a pairing, signing out or disabling a staff login does not erase the host’s business or audit history. The publisher cannot erase an independently controlled host. |
| Exported files, printed documents and other devices | Remove copies from their respective devices or providers. Cloud closure and Android Clear storage do not remove exported files, printed copies or another device’s local business. |
| Local camera setup | Remove a device from Cameras & recorders to delete that installation’s saved camera configuration and credentials. Camera setup is excluded from business/cloud backups. Removing it does not erase video held on the camera or recorder. Android Clear storage or uninstall also removes this app’s local camera configuration. |
Local setup does not create a cloud account. If you used only local or sample mode, identify that in your email; the publisher cannot remotely erase data that exists only on your device. For a request to remove specific publisher-held data without closing the account, use the same email and identify the information concerned.
