Owner only. These settings apply to this business profile on this device, across its pages. “Never” leaves anyone with access to the unlocked device able to use your login. Manual sign-out and account security checks still apply.
Set a personal unlock PIN
Choose exactly 4 numbers, including any leading zero. Staff can set their own PIN; the owner can set or reset staff PINs. This is not a manager approval or attendance PIN.
Five incorrect attempts cause a 5-minute wait. PINs work offline on this device. After a password reset or cloud import, set a new PIN.
