GROWTH SERVICES & AI · PLANNED

RUN IT TODAY. BUILD WHAT’S NEXT.

Your next customer.
Your next chapter.

Our direction goes beyond running the till: help people discover your business, come back more often and buy from you online—with less work on your shoulders.

These services are planned, not available to order. No launch date, price or growth result is promised.

FROM DISCOVERY TO THE NEXT VISIT

A growth team.

The planned service range brings the creative work and the business context together. Software access, managed services and advertising spend will be priced and agreed separately.

AI PRODUCT DIRECTION · NOT LIVE

A business brain.
That answers to you.

We want IntelliVision to learn from the records you choose to make available—your busy days, buying patterns, stock movement and priorities—and turn them into useful next steps.

Not an autopilot with your money. A partner that shows its reasoning, asks when it is unsure and leaves you in charge.

Know what matters today

Proposed: a short daily brief on sales changes, stock risks, upcoming commitments and work needing attention.

Grow profit, not just activity

Proposed: check stock, margin, cash and capacity before recommending an offer. Measure attributable sales and costs—not only views or likes.

Explain, prepare, then ask

Proposed: show the records and assumptions behind suggestions. Draft documents, campaigns or reorder lists; wait for approval before acting.

Learn with an editable memory

Proposed: let you inspect, correct and forget learned preferences. Distinguish observations from guesses; never silently turn a pattern into a rule.

TRUST HAS TO BE EARNED

Your suppliers. Your margins.
Your business to protect.

You should not have to trade your business secrets for useful help. These are requirements for the future connected services, not claims that every safeguard is already implemented or independently verified.

Keep sensitive records out of campaigns

Supplier lists, purchase costs, margins and private customer details should not be passed to advertising platforms. Only the approved content and minimum necessary audience information should leave the business.

Choose what AI can use

Require clear opt-in, purpose limits and a disclosed provider policy. No use of merchant records to train shared models without separate explicit agreement. Check provider retention and data-use terms before connecting.

Control access and every important action

Require separation between businesses, role-based access, activity records, spending limits and the ability to stop or disconnect a service. AI must not widen a person’s access.

Keep an exit route

Use tested backups and usable exports. Explain what is stored locally, what is sent elsewhere, how long it is kept and how to request deletion. A move away should not mean losing your business history.

No system can promise absolute security. The existing product has a local-first design and backup/export guidance; confirm the current limitations before using sensitive records. Read current privacy information ↗ · Read current safeguards & limitations ↗

SWITCH WITH A CHECKLIST, NOT A LEAP OF FAITH

A fresh start.
Without leaving the history behind.

Start with a sample and prove the fit before replacing your old system. Existing migration tools support specific formats—not every POS or every type of historical record.

  1. Keep the original

Export and back up the old system. Agree which products, customers, suppliers, balances and history need to move, and which formats are supported.

  2. Try a small sample

Map columns and check units, barcodes, tax settings and duplicates. Review rejected rows instead of quietly dropping them.

  3. Reconcile before accepting

Compare record counts, stock quantities and values, and any supported imported balances. Resolve differences before approving the move.

  4. Prove a working day

Try a sale, return, purchase, print and backup/restore in a safe setup. Train the people who will use it.

  5. Choose the switch-over

Keep a return plan and an export of the originals. Avoid entering the same live transaction in both systems. Retain access to unsupported history.

This is a recommended migration process, not a guarantee of automated transfer, managed migration or zero downtime. Explore existing import tools ↗ · Read the getting-started guide ↗

PLANNED SUPPORT MODEL

Help at any hour.
A human when it matters.

The intended model is 24/7 AI help for setup, everyday questions and guided troubleshooting—with a clear handoff to a human when the assistant cannot resolve it.

Human support hours and response targets are still to be confirmed. This is not a promise of 24/7 human cover, an active AI help service or a response-time guarantee.

See current help options ↗

A handoff, not a dead end.

  1. Explain the issue in your own words.
  2. Get relevant guidance, without sharing unnecessary private records.
  3. Escalate with your approval and a useful summary—so you need not start again.
  4. See what happens next and who owns the follow-up.

Proposed workflow. Today’s self-service starting points are the tutorial, Help/FAQ and backup/export guidance. Official support channels still need publication and verification.

Clear promises. No surprises.

Can I order marketing or an online store now?

Not yet. Ad creation, social campaigns and online-store setup are planned services. Delivery scope, availability, prices, third-party costs and ownership terms must be published before orders open.

Will AI run my business without me?

That is not the direction. Important changes, purchases, customer messages, advertising and spending should require your approval. The proposed assistant prepares and explains; you decide.

Will you guarantee more sales?

No. Results depend on the offer, audience, budget, execution and market. The goal is to help you make better decisions and measure outcomes honestly, including campaigns that do not work.
